Earl's Transmission oil cooler adapter allows easy installation of AN -6 hoses & oil cooler on late model GM 6 & 8-speed automatic transmissions (fits 6L80E, 6L90E, and 8L90E transmissions). This adapter replaces the factory thermostat. These adapters use O-Ring seals and have -6 AN male flares for use with AN pluming & Earl's oil coolers. Black Anodized finish.

Installation Notes
On 6L80 & 6L90 Transmissions the Top Port is the Outlet & Bottom Port is the Return.
On 8L90E Transmissions the Front Port is the Outlet & the Rear Port is the Return.
This adapter can also be used on the GM 8L45E transmission, but you will need a slightly shorter mounting bolt (about 3/16" shorter).
